The National Holocaust Museum honors Jewish victims of the Holocaust and serves as a powerful reminder of Dutch Jewish history. Achter de Schermen/Behind the Scenes is a temporary photography exhibition we designed, documenting the museum’s creation and the people behind it, which opened in 2024. The permanent exhibition features personal portraits that inspired the opening campaign, with each poster telling a short story about an individual and their fate, while moving posters colorize black-and-white images to bring their stories to life.
